Mr. Robbie Owen
Mr. Robbie Owen has been the principal at Rockwell Elementary School since it's opening in 1997. Mr. Owen is a native Baldwin County resident and a graduate of Robertsdale High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from University of Mobile, and his Master's and Educational Specialist Degree from South Alabama.
Mr. Brian Thorpe
Mr. Brian Thorpe began his career at Rockwell Elementary School in 2002 as a 2nd grade teacher, and became the Lead Teacher in 2013. Mr. Thorpe is a native of Baldwin County and a graduate of Foley High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Education and Special Education from Troy State University.
