Parents of "After School Care" students who have enrolled or are enrolling for the 2011-2012 school year will need to do the following:
Fill out a new 2011-2012 enrollment application.
Pay a non-refundable $20.00 (per student) processing fee.
Pay first week payment before August 15. There will be a table in the cafeteria for you to pay these fees on August 11 during "Meet Your Teacher."
You will need to provide a copy of your insurance card on or before the first day of school.
Unfortunately due to new regulations no student will be allowed to attend "After School Care" without completely the items listed above.
After School CareFees:
Full-time (4-5 days per week) $35.00 for one child. For parents enrolling more than one child at Rockwell's site the cost is $33.00 per week.
Part-time (1 to 3 days per week) $7.00 per day. There are no discounts for multiple children in a family for part-time enrollment.
