SFEEF Votes to Give Teachers Financial Support

The Spanish Fort Educational Enrichment Foundation recently voted to award teachers in the four Spanish Fort schools (Rockwell Elementary, Spanish Fort Elementary, Spanish Fort Middle, and Spanish Fort High) $100 each for classroom instructional supplies.  Alabama schools are experiencing the effects of proration as the state department of education has eliminated classroom instructional supply funds for the 2009-2010 school year.  We are very appreciative of the support of the foundation as they are re-directing funds that are typically designated for grants in order to help provide necessary supplies for all teachers.
